Finding the Right Person

Hiring the right person to advance your community engagement strategy can be a challenge for public media. What are the skills station managers need to advertise as they recruit a community engagement specialist? NCME has culled a number of engagement job descriptions from public media nationwide to serve as models to adapt and/or follow.  

For News/Talk stations

Public radio stations pride themselves on providing excellent international, national and local news services.
