The Ocean, Offshore and Arctic Engineering Division (OOAE) is a Division of ASME, and a member organization of the ASME International Petroleum Technology Institute (IPTI).

The mission of the OOAE Division is to promote technological progress and international cooperation in all areas of ocean, offshore and arctic engineering, and in the recovery of resources in hazardous, offshore and arctic environments such that safety, environmental and economic successes are achieved.

OOAE decides the venue of, and provides general guidance to, the annual International Conference on Ocean, Offshore and Arctic Engineering (OMAE).  OOAE also publishes the ASME Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering.
