Can I cancel at anytime?

Absolutely! If you cancel, you will not be billed again. There are no contracts involved. When signing up you can select to pay monthly or yearly. Upon cancelling you will be downgraded to the TurboSignature free account.

Can I change plans?

If you want to upgrade your plan, you may do so instantly! We simply prorate you for the difference. Just go to the billing section on your account and select the new plan.
Can multiple people in my company use Individual accounts?

Using multiple individual accounts for a single organization is not permitted. It is a licensing violation if more than 1 individual account is used at the same organization. If you require multiple accounts please consider a business or enterprise account.
