NHF Colorado’s Strategic Plan

Read the NHF Colorado strategic plan! NHF Colorado went through a comprehensive strategic planning process during the spring of 2011, facilitated by interSector Partners L3C and made possible by a grant from the Hemophilia Alliance Foundation, where we gathered input from as many community stakeholders as we could including community members affected by bleeding disorders, donors, treatment center staff, and more.  Based on that feedback and other assessments, we created our strategic plan that provides specific goals and action plans for the next three years.

We will revisit and update the strategic plan on an annual basis at our annual board retreat.  In addition, NHF Colorado will ask community stakeholders for their feedback on what the chapter is doing well and in what ways we can improve. Watch for more details to come.
