Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, you will not have to sign a long term contract, you pay as you go. If you decide to cancel, you will be billed for the current month and never again after that.

What if I go over my allotted bandwidth or space?

If you go over your allotted space, we do have minor overage charges of $4 per GB of transfer, and $4 per 100MB of storage.

Is support included in every plan?

Yes! Our in-house support team located in San Diego, California is here to help you 7 days a week.

Can I change plans if I need to?

Absolutely, whether you're growing quickly or want to cut back on space, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you need to.
