read moreSo here I am, in the middle of documenting an IA for a client intranet project, and I find out that my site is ready to release, as soon as I write an intro for it.
The timing was perfect - as I was documenting this IA for my client I was thinking 'oh, I wish I had included that in the book', 'I really should have elaborated on this more'. Of course, the same was happening while I was working on this project - doing the user research, running a card sort, drafting the actual IA. I kept thinking about little things I would have liked to say more about and the tips I forgot.
