Here’s our fees breakdown:

ASP/PHP Consulting (Wordpress, Joomla, osCommerce): $75/hour
R&D Consulting: $250/hour
SEO Consulting: $100/hour
Hosting: Hosting is reserved for our customers in order to prevent abuse of our servers. Please contact us in order to calculate the fees based on your demands.

We also provide urgent programming services in PHP, for example, you can call us in the middle of the night at +1 514 961 2804 to fix your hacked website. We charge $150/hour for this service.

We charge by 30 minute intervals after the first hour, for example, if we do something for you that takes 15 minutes, we charge you for an hour, if we do something for you that takes 80 minutes, we charge for an hour and a half.

Travel Expenses

We don’t charge travel expenses for work done inside our company, or for work done in downtown Montreal (Canada). However, for all other places, we charge (in addition to our above fees) travel expenses as follows:

• North America (excluding Mexico): $100/day paid upfront for the duration of the work.
• Europe: €80/day paid upfront for the duration of the work.
• The MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region: $120/day paid upfront for the duration of the work.
• Africa and Latin America: $150/day paid upfront for the duration of the work.

We charge travel expenses from the day we leave Montreal until the day we return to Montreal.

Visas

Since our team consists of Canadian citizens, we don’t need visas to most places. However, if we are traveling to a country where we need to obtain a visa, then it is the client’s responsibility to procure one for us. Note that we don’t surrender our passports to anyone even for a short period, including local authorities, since our passports are technically not really ours, they belong to the Canadian government.

Accommodation

The client is responsible for providing a good accommodation for our team. Our definition of good accommodation is at least a 4 star hotel, with decent amenities. The hotel costs must be paid directly by our client (we do not pay for our stay). Note that we can only stay in hotels that have an Internet connection.

Plane Ticket

The client has to provide us with round-trip plane tickets to reach our work location, additionally, the client has to transport us from the airport to the hotel and back.

Local Transportation

The client has to provide us with local transportation from our hotel to the work premises and back.
