Wunderman’s Z Academy has been up and running for over a year. Ryan Lee – one of the Academy’s ‘Zeds’ – reports on its success to date.

The WIRE, January 13, 2012—Imagine being a university student and working for a billion-dollar company thousands of miles away from home for academic credits. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime; no wonder Wunderman's Z Academy apprenticeship program has taken off, growing more than five-fold in a year.

“It is a wonderful opportunity for us to have a handson experience in a learning environment as digital natives,” says Dr Lorraine Branham, Dean at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. “The students don't just pour coffee and observe what's going on; they are involved in real work alongside talented professionals and feel that their opinions are respected.”
