Hey, Heather here... Thank you for stopping by. Besides being a regular human being with fears and bad hair days. I am a mother of two active boys and wife of a very supportive man.
My life’s mantra is ” Be the change”. Without sounding cliche I really do believe that if you want something done you have to do it yourself. If you want YOUR life to change, YOU have to be the one to change it. With that in mind, I developed this website to help parents like you, create change for yourself and your children. Enjoy!
As a Children’s Success Coach, Heather teaches children how deal with stress in a positive way. Her dream is for each child to experience the deep happiness that comes with a confident understanding of who they really are. With this confidence in their hearts, children learn to trust themselves along the way to making their own dreams a reality.
Heather’s own struggles with ‘self’ as a teenager led her on a quest for something more. From her volunteer work with the dis-empowered in Guatemala City, through to earning her Bachelor of Social Worker degree, learning Usui Reiki energy healing and more, Heather sought to make a difference in both her own life and the lives of others. She came to understand that with a strong belief in yourself, and love in your heart, anything is possible.
Despite adversity and setbacks, Heather never gave up on her dream to help others, but it wasn’t until her first son was born that she began to discover her true passion –helping children live happier lives, through meditation and confidence building.
Her interest in meditation for children began as a process to discover ways of helping her own son develop successful life skills. When she realized how much her son was benefiting, Heather was motivated to begin teaching the meditation skills she’d learned to groups of children.
Energized by the children’s positive results and the excited feedback she received from their parents, Heather studied to become a Certified Children’s Meditation Facilitator and expanded her business, in order to reach more children throughout the world.
These days, Heather is Mom to two very active (and confident!) boys and has the support of a wonderful husband who believes in her dream to help children live a life WITH confidence.
