Our Process

We have sculpted our process over the years to ensure that our projects are evidence-based and produce the results you desire. We follow it with each and every project we accept, no matter the complexity or budget. Here are our five steps:
  

1. Discovery

The first and most important step in our process, we gather all the bits and pieces of your project in this stage. After combining, organizing, and summarizing your information, we fully assess the situation and create a well-defined project brief. Once this stage is complete, we can then begin to tackle your project with certainty.

2. Research

We then take all submitted materials, conduct additional research, and then applying our years of industry experience, work to define your organization’s unique communication problem. We also work with your organization in this stage to establish goals, fully define your target audience, and establish benchmarks from which to judge success.

3. Planning

Integrating together the information obtained in the first two stages, we create a customized goals and objectives document for your organization in this stage. Once this document is finalized, we are able to identify the media and tactics that are the most appropriate for meeting your goals and objectives. Finally, we plan out the rest of the project and review it with the client to ensure that it is sustainable and able to evolve over time.

4. Creation

In this stage, our creative professionals use all of the information gathered to date to generate a wide range of conceptual approaches. Our team will then identify the most successful approach in meeting the goals and objectives that were determined during the planning stage. Our goal: to ensure that we meet the needs of your organization while negating personal preferences, which may not relate to the intended audience. The selected approach will then be presented to you for your approval, refined, produced, and delivered to your intended audience.

5. Evaluation

Our unique goals- and objectives-based system allows us to conduct a post-program analysis of the results. This enables us to create tangible evidence of where it succeeded and where it can be improved. In other words, when you work with us, you’ll be able to judge the success of your marketing efforts outside of the obvious visual appeal of communications. And, you’ll be able to use the results to refine future programs, so you can build a continuous cycle of programmatic improvements to your marketing efforts.
