We’re in .net magazine

We don’t usually write about articles or blogs which talk about us but this is an exciting one for me, personally. I’ve been reading .net magazine since I was a teenager so to see our site featured in the responsive design gallery for March is really exciting.

Antony Ribot gave us a lovely little writeup too which I hope he won’t mind me sharing with you, below.

Not all digital service companies are created equal, and Create Digital Media (createdm.com) will add further fuel to this statement with their new site, designed by Mike Kus and developed by my fellow Gallery writer Ryan Taylor.

Double Dutch

Team Create have returned from Vakantiebeurs, an annual exhibition for the travel and tourism industry, in The Netherlands. This huge international fair was the ideal place to meet prospective clients and premier our latest app: the Alan Rogers Bookstore.

For the first couple of days the event was only open to traders and exhibitors; many hands were shaken, different wines and cheeses consumed and business cards swapped. We attended a fantastic talk presented by Alan Rogers about the digital future of tourism. More

Introducing the Alan Rogers Bookstore on iPad

Last week we visited the Vakantiebeurs show in Utrecht with some of the Alan Rogers team, we were very excited to join Mark (pictured below) to introduce the new Alan Rogers Bookstore for iPad to an audience of international press and industry bigwigs.

For the past 45 years, these guides have been available in annual editions on paper, and this year are coming to iPad for the first time. The app allows users to download over 40 guides, in English and Dutch languages for less than half the paperback price. More

Off to Utrecht for the week

That’s right, just one week after we returned from the Christmas break and we’re off out again! So where are we going? Well, we’re all off to the Vakantiebeurs in Utrecht this week to introduce a great new app we’ve been working on over the last few months.

We’re very proud of this app, it’s been a long time in the making and it’s only my British modesty which is stopping me from telling you how gorgeous it is. More
