Sundays

SUNDAY GATHERINGS are an important part of being the church at Austin City Life. Although we want to avoid the mistake of seeing Sunday church attendance as "church", we believe it is important to gather on Sunday for worship, preaching, communion, and community.

On Sundays you'll find an interesting juxtaposition of theological depth and cultural expression. You might say we are "theologically conservative and culturally progressive."

Where are we?

We start at 10 am. Our gathering is casual. We have a full Kids Life ministry for infants through middle school.  If you have any questions, shoot us an email. We'd love to have you join us!  You can also call 512-348-7004.

Free Parking - There is free parking along the streets as well as in the State Garage  directly across the street. Use the San Antonio Entrance between 3rd and 4th. If you stay downtown for the afternoon and the garage door is closed when you leave just pull up to the gate and it will automatically open. ** PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE BALLET AUSTIN PARKING LOT, they often have events and rehearsals after our sunday gathering and reserve those spots, thank you!

What is Sunday Like?

We gather every Sunday, where you'll hear our musicians play rich, stirring, God-focused music, not as a performance but as an act of focusing our attention on God. You'll also hear substantive gospel messages that regularly engage real life and current cultural issues. We’ve been told our downtown gathering “feels like Austin.” Most importantly, you'll get to meet a community of people gathered around Jesus, who care for the welfare and renewal of the city.

These people are like you in many ways. They are citizens, creatives, moms, dads, young marrieds, professionals, college students, and singles. They are Christian and not Christian. We are all imperfect people looking to a perfect Christ.
