One-on-one Coaching

From my experience, each and every woman has unique issues about their body, their health and their life. Yes, there are always common problems but since our bodies are different, the solutions vary.

For some, this coaching is all about changing the way they eat so they can be healthier and feel better in their own skin (nutritional counseling). For others, it is attacking the negative thoughts and having mindset shifts (life/wellness coaching) and still for others, it is all about getting active, finding something they enjoy doing, being more in tune with the way their body functions, etc. (exercise/fitness coaching). And then, of course, I have worked with women, who want the complete package and touch on it all.
