Who Are We?

spacer Live it to the Full is the product of chance and fate that brought Amy K. Blum and Aleece B. Langford together. Born from their shared desire to bring together artist-teachers with people going through transitions in life or looking for more creative outlets, and with the assistance of many amazing people, their dream is now a reality.

Amy graduated with a BA in English from the University of Colorado at Denver, worked in magazine publishing with Colorado Homes and Lifestyles Magazine, has worked as a freelance writer and editor for nearly twenty years, wrote a series of articles on organic gardening for Examiner.com and has been blogging personally and professionally since 2005.

She lives in Denver, Colorado with the love of her life and their blended family of four boy children (2 of hers & 2 of his) a wild-eyed Australian Sheppard and two Hemingway cats. Her hobbies include gardening, knitting, art journaling, long walks in and around her neighborhood, date nights, and entertaining friends and family.

Aleece graduated from Louisiana College with a degree in English and Studio Art. In 1994 she signed up for a forward-thinking college course titled “Global Communications” where she was introduced to the Internet through a Gopher scavenger hunt, and marveled at the magic of Mosaic. It wasn’t long before she was hand-coding HTML.

Over the past fifteen years Aleece has gained experience in interface design, front-end production, content strategy, social media, and project management. She lives in humid South Louisiana, takes countless photos with her iPhone, creates mixed-media artwork, and sometimes reads books made of paper.
