In case of failure in your certification exam, Certkey.com will provide you with Money Back Warranty, without any delay. In order to avail the benefit our Warranty policy, just contact our Customer Support claiming Refund for your purchase. Please include a scanned copy of your failed exam and we will promptly issue REFUND. If you are not interested in the Refund option you can you request for another Exam as replacement of Original purchase. The new exam should not have a cost more than that of the original exam, it may be equal or less.

 

Claiming the Exchange

In order to claim the warranty by Certkey it is mandatory that all the downloaded products are deleted and all copies destroyed. The Warranty applies only to the products purchased directly from Certkey and with single-user license. An Examination Score report (PDF) should be submitted to billing@certkey.com to claim the exam exchange, a refund will be provided. It is absolutely RISK FREE!

 

Non-Refundable

A Certkey User can claim a refund if he fails the exam within 15 days of purchase of the product. Contact at billing@certkey.com to claim the refund. The claim for Warranty should be filed in within the 7 days of failure of the exam; otherwise Certkey reserves the right of final decision.

1. No refund provided on Expired, Retired or Wrong Exam Purchase. No queries for refund will be considered once the product is Downloaded and Installed, if payment is made for wrong exam or an order that is no longer accessible.

2. The product is non-refundable in case of failure in exam within 7 days of purchase of the product. It is highly recommended you spend at least 7 days to prepare for your certification exam using the Certkey training material to develop a comprehensive understanding.

3. Certkey provides only practice questions for Courses, SSCP, CISSP, EMC, PMI, Riverbed and Microsoft exams so these are not covered by 100% pass and refund Warranty.

4. No refund can be asked for if the Candidate's name and Certkey Account holder name are different.

5. Study Guides, Audio Exams, Preparation Labs and Hard Copies are not covered by Guarantee policy. Guarantee can't be claimed for Value packs, Bundles and products purchased on Special Discount Price.

6. The Final decision of Refund lies solely with Certkey.com.
