Agent Short Hand Description
I was reading about a new listing on the market today that I found on the public Realtor.ca MLS iPhone app and I couldn’t help but notice all of the agent short hand included in the description. Do you do that on your listings? I’m able to understand it but I wonder how many people can’t. What do you think?

You are absolutely correct! The data fields are character limited to 250! Always stuggling to get everything intothe description that would attract a buyer.
Thank goodness that we have the opportunity for a Lifestyle Video to showcase the property plus additional photo displays in addition to the maximum 9 that the real estate boards permit.
We need to work within the technology but also SHINE with what is there.
