Kumari’s first love was an ex-race horse named Happy. In 1988 Kumari was a civil rights attorney when her father died suddenly from lung cancer. This led her on an intense quest to deepen her spiritual understanding of illness and death and to discover ways to ease suffering for all beings. For the past 20 years she studied and lived with internationally acclaimed meditation masters, energy healers/teachers and with Penelope Smith, the pioneer in interspecies telepathic communication.

Kumari is a Reiki Master, Animal Communicator, intuitive healer, counselor, attorney, author, and equestrian. She specializes in energetic problem-solving for pets and their people. Scientific studies have found Reiki energy medicine to be associated with decreased levels of stress hormones, improved immune indicators, balanced blood pressure, subjective improvements in anxiety and pain, decreased heart rate, improved mood and functioning in depressed patients, and enhanced well-being and vitality. These effects have been shown whether Reiki is given in person or at a distance, whether human clients or animal.

Kumari has helped thousands of people and their animal friends internationally including doctors, veterinarians, trainers, holistic practitioners and other animal and medical professionals to release limited beliefs, experience their connectedness and unlock their natural healing abilities. Her passion for unveiling the deeply spiritual connection between humans and animals evokes the mystical from the mundane.
