Animal lovers and foodies unite for a unique and delicious experience at the Boulder Cork.

We invite you to join us on Thursday, March 8 at 6:30 - 9 p.m. to enjoy wine and champagne with a four-course meal featuring humanely raised foods specially crafted by Chef Jim Smailer as a celebration of his 30th year as Boulder Cork's Head Chef.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit the homeless animals of the Humane Society of Boulder Valley.
