Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum has gotten a great deal of attention for the sweater vests he regularly sports on the campaign trail. During an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show tonight, Mr. Santorum said he thinks he’s starting a sweater vest trend.
“This is the attire of the campaign, we’ve heard from several retailers that sweater vest sales have gone up since I started displaying the sweater vest,” said Mr. Santorum.
Mr. Santorum began his interview with Mr. Hannity by presenting the Fox News host with “your own Rick Santorum sweater vest.”
“You can actually go on our website, RickSantorum.com and order a sweater vest,” Mr. Santorum said. “They will be made in America, by the way.”
Of course, The Politicker immediately rushed to Mr. Santorum’s site to find the sweater vests on sale. Though we searched and searched, we were unable to find them. Looks like SEO continues to be a problem for Mr. Santorum and his campaign team.

First time I read this headline, I thought it said “Rick Santorum Is a Sweater Vest Transgender.”
Actually, Rex Ryan started this trend.
