The Electric Information Age Book
The Electric Information Age Book examines the years in the 1960s and 1970s that explored graphic designer Quentin Fiore's philosophy that "consciousness can be affected by the knowing collision of verbal and visual information". This experimental paperback is much like the experimental paperbacks of the time period it is referencing – One of the more well known examples is Marshal McLuhan's
The Medium is the Massage.
The Electric Information Age Book is a beautifully designed and curated history of this weird time period in publishing. The book features unconventional typographic treatment and original graphics and spreads from 1960's books.
