New Design and UI

What you need to know

Remember Site Admin? That’s now Account. As well as your BookingBug account settings, like Widget, Service and Booking settings, you can now find login and password settings here too.

Can’t find Edit/Add? Don’t worry, it’s now called Configure.

Our new Daily Deal functionality enables you to run your own deals and manage those that you have run with a range of deal sites.

Add-ons
We’ve made it even easier for you to use Add-ons plus we’ve added Worldpay and Xero to the family.

CHANGES TO YOUR CALENDAR DASHBOARD

Your calendar dashboard is now even better with dynamic width, so you can see your bookings in any browser, big or small.

I have some feedback for you. First, this comment form has no titles for the required fields, I’m guessing the first field is a subject? It cuts off after very few characters.

    - you need to look at your application on an iphone (mobile safari), it doesn’t work well, and it is impossible to make an appt. after 5 pm. There is no scroll bar. This is a big deal, because the market share has moved to mobile. When my customers book, there’s a 50% chance they’re going to try to do it on their phone. Considering that the ipad runs on the same os, you may have the same problems.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues making a booking on your mobile. We value the mobile market greatly and are keen to resolve any issues you might have.

Please email support@bookingbug.com with further information about your account (business name, type of account you have) so we can begin to determine why these problems are occurring and resolve them.

    Many Thanks,

    The BookingBug Team.
