Making Curd in Winters! Some quick tips
Here in Delhi, winters are almost getting over. January was quite cold as usual. However cold it may be, my family is very particular about having curd every day. Sometimes making curd becomes really tough when temperatures are really low. Two years back one of Manish’s aunts visited us and shared a tip and we have been following the same since then and making curd is no longer a hassle in winters!

Idli with a Twist !
This is my first post and the recipe I am sharing today is very close to my heart. As far as I remember, this is the first recipe in which I tried some innovation on my own 4 years back. It is IDLI with a twist; prepared using a combination of instant oats,rava(sooji/semolina) and curd. Rava idli is prepared in every house these days. The twist in this recipe is addition of oats to it. I have been cooking this for last 4 years and and this is an all time favorite of my friends at office and of course my family.
