About Malinda

spacer Malinda Hartong is a photojournalist with over a decade of experience shooting both stills and video, news and features for all sorts of publications and purposes. In addition, Malinda thoroughly enjoys sharing her photography & photoshop experience teaching folks of all ages and skill levels.

Malinda and her photojournalist husband Glenn Hartong thrive on telling great stories, in video, stills, and of course sharing their passion through teaching. Glenn is co-owner of ChiliDog Pictures LLC Video Productions, as well as a staff photographer at the Cincinnati Enquirer. Glenn has taught photography as well as video workshops. His images have been published around the globe, including in National Geographic and photojournalism text books. Of course they met thanks to great lenses!

With ongoing classes at Evendale Cultural Arts Center covering Digital Photography 101 for Beginners, DSLR2: Beyond Auto Mode, Advanced Digital Photography, Photoshop Elements, plus 1-1 lessons covering all sorts of photography from beginner to pro, dslr video, Premiere Elements video editing, and more, Malinda stays busy looking at the world through glass, and helping others to see it more beautifully while improving their own images.
