Our Helensvale campus plant came about as our Crossroads ministry expanded into Helensvale Baptist Church, which is now in its 2^nd year. Interest from the disability community continues to grow through word-of-mouth mostly from those attending at Helensvale. Home and Community Care Branch approved a purpose-built extension to Helensvale Church that provides a range of facilities focused on the needs of disabled people. While this extension will be a major improvement to the Helensvale property, it is a clear statement of this church’s commitment to caring for the disability community in the Northern Gold Coast.

The partnership between our 2 churches has created strong cooperative connections for us. Shared resources, experiences and support has resulted in us being able to offer ministry to people in the region far more effectively than what we are capable of doing on our own. Strong relationships between our staff and guests create a funs and safe environment for everyone involved in Crossroads.
