Are you ready for the #SaucySuperBowl #SundaySupper Party?

spacer We are a true Football Family.  It’s in our blood. We breath it, live it, dream it and eat it!  Our daughter is a cheerleader and all 3 boys play Football.   Ron is a die hard Football Coach.  Not only does he love coaching our boys, he just loves coaching!

For families like ours, this is the most exciting time of year….. Super Bowl!

The boys are disappointed, their favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t make it.   I on the other hand, am happy!  The Giants are in the Super Bowl.  I grew up in New Jersey and Ron grew up in Philadelphia…hence the division. But that’s what Super Bowl Sunday is all about….well, besides the great food.

This Super Bowl Sunday, we have an amazing menu planned.  All the appetizers revolve around some of my favorite sauces from Intensity Academy .  Michele Northrup, aka @saucyqueen, believes in “Creating flavors to make the world a saucier place to live…one bottle at a time.”  Her all-natural sauces do just that!   Intensity Academy has the only tea infused Sauce Company in the World.  I use Garlic Goodness in many of the dishes that I cook every day and love all the sauces Intensity Academy has to offer.

Some of my favorite food bloggers have come together in creating this  incredible #SaucySuperBowl Party Menu.  Have you ever seen such an amazing menu?  The best part is everyone is invited to our virtual Saucy Super Bowl Party!

Renee Dobbs from Magnolia Days is bringing her Famous Loosen your belt Chili Skins I can’t wait to try them!

Erin Meyer from Big Fat Baker is bringing Pulled Pork with Homemade Kaiser Rolls,  she had to get some baking in there.

Launie Kettler is bringing Coffee Smoked Gypsy Gold Dust Chicken from her Teeny Tiny Kitchen guaranteed to be amazing!

Donna Currie from Cookistry is bringing Chai Thai Teriyaki Zucchini Rounds I love Zucchini and am so excited!

Samantha Ferraro has been busy finalizing her fabulous Fish Tacos from The Little Ferraro Kitchen

Sunithis Selvaraj will blow you away with her Sweet Glazed Pineapple Shrimp Kebobs from Sue’s Nutrition Buzz

Emily Robinson’s recipe for Chai Chili Sauce stuffed Bacon Wrapped Shrimp is amazing Ultra Epicure

Jeff Young from The Catholic Foodie created Chai Chipotle Chup Jalapeno Poppers that are to die for!

I am bringing my favorite Intensity Academy Appetizer…. Chai Thai Meatballs. So easy and soooo good and they can be prepared in a Crock Pot which is perfect for Super Bowl Sunday!

And for Dessert we have the most amazing Cupcakes Chocolate-Chai Sweet Chili Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache made by Rashmi Primlani from Primlani’s Kitchen.

Every good Super Bowl Party needs a signature drink and Eileen Gross from Wine Everyday  is providing the Sangria!

With these awesome Foodies and this amazing Menu we are guaranteed to have a Saucy Good Time during #SaucySuperBowl.

The family Table can be anywhere.  What matters most is the memories that are made!  Although this #SundaySupper will be shared Around the Family Table virtually….I couldn’t imagine sharing it with a better group.  This group of talented cooks can go toe to toe with any recipe developer that I have worked with.  They are always up to the challenge, no matter how high the bar is raised!

Joe Namath said it best ,“Football is an honest game. It’s true to life. It’s a game about sharing. Football is a team game. So is life.”

Nothing brings great people together like Football and Food. I am honored to be sharing this #SundaySupper with such an amazing team!  Your recipes are Super Bowl Quality!

CHAI THAI MEATBALLS

  • 2-3 lbs frozen or fresh appetizer size meatballs
  • 1 bottle Chai Thai Teriyaki
  • 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 2 sprigs green onions sliced

Mix Chai Thai & apricot preserves. Pour over meatballs. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 min until bubbly & saucy! Sprinkle with green onions & serve piping hot.

For an intense flavor you can cook in slow cooker on low for 5-8 hours. Stir half way thru.
