Pulling off a great event is a lot of work.
Two of the challenges for event organizers are attendee engagement and increasing visibility. After all the promotional work and logistical organization, the event is finally happening and the attendees are on the hunt for something to do.

Last weekend, the Rugby World Cup 2011 got underway in New Zealand. Even though we're not even out of the group stages, sharypic has already been able to gather some great photos from the event.

August can be a slow time in France with many folks enjoying a much needed vacation and time away from the office. While we're busy here at sharypic developing the site to become even better, the same cannot be said for some others not so lucky to be on vacation. We're not complaining though! Post-it War was born out this summer lull, and we've seen some amazing creativity (and photos!) come out of some offices around France. The idea is simple: using only Post-Its, people have been pixelating their favorite characters and images and putting them up on their office windows. Some of their projects have gotten quite elaborate!
