Shipping

Shipping for the kit and rings to US destinations is $16. We use USPS Priority Mail.

We are happy ship internationally! We use Priority Mail International to ship the kit, and FedEx to ship the rings.  If you are not from the US you may have customs fees that are not included in our shipping charge.  Here is a sample of international shipping charges:

Canada: $75–Mexico: $75–UK: $85–Australia: $95–Spain: $85

Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 8-10 weeks from when we receive your imprint kit, for a total of about 10-12 weeks. For international orders, our current turnaround time is 10-12 weeks from when we receive your imprint kit, for a total of about 12-14 weeks.

Rush service is available for domestic orders. The rush charge is $100 per ring, which includes first priority service and express shipping fro delivery of the finished product.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your item is custom made just for you, and we work hard to make sure you will love it when you open the box. We will do returns or exchanges if you find there is defect in craftsmanship.  We are not responsible for items ruined by other forces! If your ring is run over by a car or lost at sea, etc., we are happy to make you another one at the current market price. For non custom work, you may return the item within 10 days.

Additional Information

We work in 950 platinum, 950 palladium, sterling silver and golds of all karats and colors. Please contact us  Sorry, we do not work in titanium, tungsten or steel.

Quotes given for precious metals other than sterling silver are good for 1 week.

We are happy to machine engrave on the inside of your ring for $25.
