Hello. I am posting about the Lite and Easy version of your cookbook on my blog on October 8th (a positive review). I was wondering if you would mind if I include an image of the book cover? My blog is insteadofthedishes.wordpress.com

I cooked on the weekends for the next week when I had my sons at home. It just made sense to do what I could one day and not have to cook every night.
It saved me untold time and effort. Plus, we had dinner much sooner in the evenings.
Glad to see this book as my daughter in law could use it.
Hi, I treasured to drop you a quick note to express my thanks. I’ve been observing your blog for a month or so and have plucked up a heap of solid information as well as relished the way you’ve structured your site. I am setting about to run my own blog however I think its too general and I would like to focus more on smaller topics.

I just made the Chicken Vegetable Skillet and my husband and I tasted it before putting it in the freezer. He loved it.
What do you use to freeze your meals in?
Thank You
Mary

Just wanted to thank you for your book Frozen Assets Lite and Easy! I just finished making the chicken mini sessions 1 & 2. I split each meal into 2 for my family of 2 adults and 2 boys under 3 yrs. So I now have 20 meals for the freezer! I am hoping the saved time will help my stress level during the week and allow my dh and I to get rid of some of the clutter in the house. The time and energy saved from dinner prep can go towards getting control of other pieces of our lives! Thank you! We are also planning on cooking the days we have more time and doubling whatever we make to add to our freezer! After raiding the freezer and pantry for the necessary ingredients, we only spent $99 on additional items needed. It was surprising to see how much we already had on hand! So for less than our weekly food budget, we made 4 weeks worth of meals! Thanks Again!
