DELL operates a tremendous amount of support services for it’s existing enterprise and consumer products divisions. We were brought in to help conceive a product that would take technical support to the next level. Compared to existing analysis tools, the DELL product would assess more detail, provide more insights, and even more control to the consumer – all without adding complication. This “white glove” service provides an automated layer of constant technical assessment, along with the context of what’s discovered so the user can take recommended actions.
Our client granted us 10 free subscriptions for a year to this new service (currently in Beta) here >
When we started working with Tia Carrere nearly two years ago, she had a Flash-based Web site, multiple squatted Facebook fan pages (i.e. operated by people she didn’t know), as well as a Twitter account operated by an unknown fan who was saying things about her that weren’t true. Tia’s true fans wanted to be closer to her. We helped focus those fans now with a clear social media strategy. We have a regular monthly schedule of posts that align with Tia’s event and promotion schedule, a Blog/Web site that hosts not only what she’s doing, but also sells her music. Her Fan page on Facebook is now followed by nearly 15,000 very active fans - and Twitter follows are catching up (which is rare!). Traffic – to her own site has more than quadrupled – and is consistent month over month.
The practice Anatomy Lab interface is one we helped Pearson Publishing pioneer more than 5 years ago. We continue to update and refine the Web-based interface of this flagship education application that is used in medical school education and testing. The simple, spartan interface evolved with our design this year – providing more contextual elements for navigating information and tests; as well as additional features to support robust labeling and additional instructional tools.
"A tremendous 'Thank you' to you, and the entire team at Zaudhaus, for your hard work on designing PAL 3.0. The intuitive navigation and clean design are winning features of PAL 3.0. We simply could not have done this without you!"Sarah Young-Dualan, Senior Media Producer
The CEO of Peerbetween approached us to help craft a new social network to help people gain “personality insights between each other.” The concept was fascinating – using proven personality testing techniques to motivate people to answer questions about people they know. Then, you can acquire deeper insights into how people see themselves as well as how one sees themselves. We were responsible for the identity, as well as full functional specifications, interaction design, and visual design. We also delivered some very sophisticated front end XHTML/CSS to enable the design.
I’m compelled after recent events – to recount my “Apple Story” – where Steve Jobs changed my life by enjoying an illustration I made in MacPaint.

Two innovative and philanthropic brothers approached Zaudhaus for help to develop a service that could help people divert the, “everyday” gifts people normally receive for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions; to nonprofits. The challenge was to develop a service that was “simple and wonderful” – paving the way for easy philanthropic giving for all. We worked to develop a “shifting” and “gifting” model that even nonprofits, themselves, could take advantage of – providing custom campaigns to their existing membership to help spread the word, socially.
