The Landings on Skidaway Island features two marinas that serve our residents, non-resident marina members, local boaters, and transient boaters visiting the greater Savannah area. With their gorgeous waterfront vistas, green spaces for relaxation and recreation, and facilities for waterside dining, special community events, and private gatherings, our marinas beckon you to visit often and enjoy!
Our Marinas staff are well trained and committed to providing exceptional service to our residential boaters, non-property owner marina members, other local boaters who frequent our marina facilities, and transient boater guests who wish to make The Landings their “home away from home” for an evening, a week, a month, or more.
The Landings Association hosts monthly cookouts at Delegal Creek Marina during the boating season, and residents may make arrangements with the Association to hold private events at both marinas as well.
Landings Harbor Marina is located at the northern end of Skidaway Island on the Wilmington River, and is strategically situated near the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. The marina also offers convenient access to multiple points of interest in Savannah, including Wassaw Sound. Landings Harbor offers wet and dry storage and marine repair services provided through Dolan Yacht Services. The marina caters to power boaters, fishers, sailors, and kayakers, and is home to The Landings’ Rhodes 19 Sailing Program. Landings Harbor Marina also is a delightful venue for picnics and other waterside events.
Delegal Creek Marina is located at the southern-most end of Skidaway Island, adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway and within close proximity of Ossabaw Sound. The marina provides 24-hour access for boats with drafts up to 3.5 feet, and mid-tide access for boats with drafts up to 7 feet. Delegal is a wet storage marina and is outfitted to cater to the needs of contract holders and transient boaters. Transient boaters will enjoy Delegal’s convenience and amenities, as well as dining and golf privileges offered by The Landings Club during their stay.

The Landings Association is the governing body for both marinas, with daily operations handled by the Marinas Department. The marina facilities are owned by our residents, and their operations and capital costs are supported by the collection of user fees and the sale of goods and services. The mission of the Marinas Department is “to provide and promote boating and waterfront activities within The Landings by operating and maintaining the two marinas.” |
