What is Genco Pura?
Genco Pura was founded by Daniel Karpantschof in 2010.

Named after Genco Pura Olive Oil – the first company of Don Vito Corleone – the purpose is to consolidate and focus the efforts off what Daniel Karpantschof does best; strategic counsel, innovation and applied futures studies (scenarios development, trendspotting, etc.)

While The Godfather is one of the most violent movies and books of modern times, a great many things can be learned from it.

For once; how to run a mafia family and second how to run a business. Genco Pura has taken the traditional mafia structure (which can be found on Wikipedia) and applied it to modern business structures. Not surprisingly they turned out to be well… identical. Except for one thing: the function of the consigliere is missing.

This is where Genco Pura can help.

Though Daniel Karpantschof have been involved with implementation processes the definite strengths lies with development and creation – which is the only focus of Genco Pura.

What do Genco Pura do?
Every company, person, division is different from one another, and Genco Pura embraces these differences by sinking the teeth deep into the very fabric of your company, your culture and your very identity, for then – and only then – can Genco Pura grasp the complexities that characterizes your job.

Who is behind Genco Pura?
Genco Pura is founded and lead by Daniel Karpantschof (read below) but without the help and assistance of others Genco Pura would not be.

The Genco Pura Advisory Board is summoned from time to time to further develop the business model, the company and the parties involved.

While no member of the advisory board will ever gain insight into your specific portfolio (or any other client’s) they are ready and standing to aid me. While I do everything to guide you, I am aware that I also need advice (otherwise I wouldn’t be complete honest, now, would I?).

Recognizing that no one knows everything, is a great start of a magnificent journey.
