Here’s what I mean by that. . .

What:  Inspiring results (aka Starbursts) are what you and I will create together.

How:  The process of Coaching is how we’ll do it.

Why:  Because you were born to shine and deva is Sanskrit for someone who plays in the light.

You wouldn’t be here if that didn’t resonate.

A starburst or supernova requires the accumulation of a large supply of gas (that’s your part – what you bring to the conversations.)

Then, it has to have a collision with another galaxy (you guessed it, that’s my part – the coaching that is my passion.)

And when we collide. . .it’s a collision like no other.

There’s questioning and exploring, going deep and creating momentum, having you shine in your own unique way.

It’s also about kicking your someday thinking to the curb, and that takes doing the work.

Because the thing that doesn’t get said nearly enough is that coaching only works if you’re willing to. . .

Do. The. Work.

It’s not counselling or therapy, and unless you’re a new coach starting out, it’s not even mentoring, although there are similarities.

It’s also not much about the past; I’m not Freud and I don’t want to know about your mother!

What I do want to know is what you want. . .for your life, your business, whatever you’re working on that’s important to you.
