Exact Target needed social media training after the company purchased a small Twitter application out of San Fran, California. The issue they were presented was their internal sales team was having trouble fostering true support for social media because of a lack of knowledge. Kyle was hired to train their internal teams and sales teams on social media. Kyle led a full day of training for over 200 employees.

The result: ExactTarget double their first quarter projections on sales of CoTweet (The Twitter application) to their clients. Here is the quote:
