spacer Summer Bock and Sash Sunday are the Co-Creators of OlyKraut. They are all food activists and Fermentationists who are thrilled to share what they love with the community.

Summer Bock

spacer Summer Bock is a Holistic Nutrition Counselor and Herbalist who has a private practice based out of Olympia. She graduated with a dual degree from The Evergreen State College in 2007 after studying Nutrition, Microbiology, and Fermentation. She is Certified in Integrative Nutrition through Columbia University. She recommends OlyKraut to her clients at Seed of Life Nutrition. Sash Sunday

spacer Sash Sunday hopes to facilitate a more sustainable community by directly participating in the local food economy and doing her part. She and her partner live in Oakville, WA where they attempt to grow produce for themselves and OlyKraut. They are constantly adjusting and improving their home and lifestyle to create abundance and cause less harm. Sash also graduated from Evergreen where she focused on the science of food, cooking and nutrition as well as sustainable agriculture.
