The only disadvantage to using RingCentral is that some of their packages are somewhat limited. For example, most of their mobile plans have only 1 incoming line. You have to upgrade to get more. Their standard voicemail feature only lets you save 200 messages. While that’s okay for most small businesses, you’d think they would give you more memory than that.
