The Spa features a variety of Facial and Body Treatments, Massage Therapy, Men’s Wellness Treatments, Couple’s Massage, and De-Stress Treatments. We offer invigorating experiences and an unforgettable, unsurpassed spa experience personalized to your very needs.

Jacuzzis, saunas, Vichy showers, and steam rooms complement the spa treatments. Our Fitness Studio features the latest in cardiovascular machines, Cybex™ strength-training equipment and free weights. The Fitness Studio, locker rooms, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and saunas are complimentary to all our overnight guests. Personalized Training is available by appointment.

The Spa at the Portland Regency Hotel asks that you please turn off cell phones/pagers and refrain from holding loud conversations.
The Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Spa Reservations

To schedule treatments, please call 207-871-7054. Hotel guests may dial extension 267 or 484. A credit card and phone number are required when making your reservation.

Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. As a courtesy to the following guest, if you arrive late we will complete as much of your treatment as possible, but it will end as previously scheduled and the full treatment fee will be accessed.

Spa Cancellations

Treatment times are reserved just for you. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments to avoid being charged the full treatment price. For multiple treatments, packages and spa party groups we require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be either given directly to the staff member, or extended at the spa desk. A 20% service charge will be added to all spa packages and parties with multiple bookings.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services or opened products.
