Hey, I've got the binary support/bottles working reasonable well now. Can you please `brew update` and then run `brew install` on: https://github.com/mikemcquaid/homebrew/blob/bottle/Library/Formula/boost.rb https://github.com/mikemcquaid/homebrew/blob/bottle/Library/Formula/qt.rb Let me know what you think and if it works for you. They are both universal so should work on 10.6 x86/x64 and possibly 10.5. Current known issues: If you specify an option (e.g. --with-qtdbus) it should build from source but currently does not do so. Thanks! -- Mike McQuaid mikemcquaid.com

Once I fix options and get a 10.5 user testing it (if it doesn't work there I'll just disable it on 10.5) then I'll roll it out for Qt and Boost and we can consider it for other time-consuming/hard to build packages in the future. -- Mike McQuaid mikemcquaid.com
