My name is Lisa. I am
mother to Grace, wife to Chris, and follower of Christ. I love to cook, and share my kitchen antics, each Tuesday, at my Tempt My Tummy blog carnival. My family is very important and I share those moments as well. Finally, at this blog, you will find me sharing my walk with Christ- how he saved my marriage, strengthened my family, and blessed my life.
Married for over 17 years, we have had our ups and downs. The greatest “up” would be the birth of Grace, 4 1/2 years ago. Prior to her addition, I was a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years. I am now a SAHM and love every minute of my life. I am grateful for this season of my life and know it is a true blessing, thanking God, daily.
We said goodbye to the GREAT state of Texas, leaving our friends, family, and church, moving to the Midwest. Living in Missouri we have joined a wonderful church and made dear friends. We feel the blessings of God on our family.
