Thank God There Is Yet Another Blog...

Self Proclaimed Agent of Change

Why the H am I writing a blog?

A bit about me: My name is Jill, I live in Seattle, I’m a marketer, an artist and a writer.

I think change is fascinating. It is the one thing you can always count on. Change smacks me in the face on a daily basis so I’ve decided to write about it. I think I have a lot say on the topic–I bet you do, too, and I look forward to your comments.

I also have a little fear about writing. So, this blog is fueled by fear and curiosity–two emotions that hold hands in my world on a regular basis. The fact that you will be reading what I write makes me feel rather exposed. But at the same time, I am an artist and am so happy to shove my paintings in your face. In fact, go take a look Pitchfork Art.

Sensing the dichotomy?

I decided a while back to devise my own litmus test to help me decide what to do when it comes to sharing (*that* word…nose wrinkle). If something makes me feel uncomfortable, I should do it.

I’ve come to understand that my intimacy sensor is a bit busted–so, whatever it says, I usually do the opposite. You see, a lot in my life is a dare and a betcha can’t .

Wow. I am really uncomfortable that I just told you that.
