here’s some of the magic up my sleeve ~

spacer …Heaps of dewy rose petals, rays of moonlight, and quite a bit of real pixie dust!

I started dancing as soon as I could walk and haven’t stopped since.  Ballet, African, belly dancing, and Indian Temple Dancing taught me about my body, reverence, precision, and flow.

Years of island-hopping, tent-dwelling world travel opened my eyes to the boundless beauty of this world. I’ve lived under avocado trees in Hawaii and a stone’s throw from the turquoise waters of Paradise Island Bahamas.

…Spontaneous dance parties with myself! 10 minutes alone with good music is all I need.

For 2 years, I served, learned, studied, and grew in ashrams in absurdly gorgeous places.  I lived and breathed reverence to the Divine Mother, surrounded by rose petals, sandalwood, and sacred mantras.

My Initiation awakened my calling, my voice, and my feminine magic.

I’ve been devoted to and have practiced the sacred feminine ritual arts for over 15 years. They’ve sustained and nurtured me throughout my entire adult life.

I’m trained as a birth Doula with DONA International and in postpartum Ayurvedic healing.

I’m an approved Mayan healing and womb massage practitioner.  I’ve trained in shamanic journeying, healing, and bodywork.

I’m deeply connected to and have training in plant spirit medicine and herbalism.  The plants and trees are my friends.

I taught yoga for over 15 years (as an internationally certified teacher) all over the world: in India, the Laurentian mountains of Canada, the Catskills, and in NYC during the 9/11 crisis.

I received specialized training in the ancient art of Bharata Natyam (South Indian classical dance) in India, NYC, and Boulder.  This taught me some of what I know about the female body as a living temple of devotion.

My priestess training began in a Goddess House in Philadelphia at the ripe age of 21.  For 2 years, I lived with outrageously creative, smart, powerful women and learned about feminine magic and ritual.

I have distinct past life memories, devoted to and working for The Cosmic Mother.

…My courage:  I’m willing to face it all.

Ayahuasca is my most magnificent teacher.  She shows me how to relate to pain and fear with love.  She unveils my glory.  She takes me home.

Every humbling experience I’ve had has allowed me to show up with even more authenticity and something valuable to share.
