Jacin {pronounced Jay-sin} Fitzgerald, the abridged version :)
Born and raised in a small Connecticut shoreline town, attended college in Rhode Island, lived and planned weddings and festivals in Newport.  Moved on to coordinate (and travel for) regattas for Sailing World Magazine, and afterwards, moved to Australia to plan events for a private school in Sydney.  Traveled through the rest of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, and then moved back to the US.  Lived in Hoboken, NJ, moved to San Francisco, CA, started a wedding blog, planned our wedding in Connecticut (from SF), and honeymooned in Hawaii. Realized my true passion lies within the details of life, and that I want to help others achieve their dream event.  Stopped searching the world for my purpose, founded an event planning & design company {lovely little details}.

I can spot four-leaf clovers on command, find happiness in a fresh bouquet of flowers or a mason jar, love exclamation points and believe that life is short but sweet for certain.  You only live once so what are you waiting for?  My name is Jacin, nice to meet you :)

Through all of my planning, designing and research, I constantly find myself focusing on the tiniest of details – the romantic gardenia in the bride’s hair, the textured, fluffy gowns, the scattered petals lining the aisle, the groom’s tiny, detailed boutonniere, the burlap table runners, those to-die-for red Louboutin heels.

While these lovely little details may not be noticed at first, when put together, they are the key to creating a swoon-worthy event is that is personalized and memorable, turning inspiration in to reality.
