Formerly a runner (a sprinter in high school and one year of college), Emilie is trying to slowly get back in the habit- so she can definitely relate to people who have neglected that form of exercise! She doesn’t enjoy music by Ke$ha in her car, but swears you will get a good workout if you play it. She follows ice hockey and has been a dedicated sports fan since birth. She grew up playing sports and loving academic life, so she has always appreciated people who have a healthy interest in both. She also loves sales at Ulta and believes that not wearing mascara is a sin. Although she pretties up for nights out, she keeps it simple otherwise- but mascara opens up the eyes and is always a MUST!

Jen is a pop culture and fashion enthusiast, and is so happy to use her skills as an English major to contribute to Running with Mascara! She loves being updated on all the trends, such as what colors are seen on the runway and what shoes are in for the season. Trying new makeup products and exercises keeps her daily routines interesting, and finding clothing and makeup on SALE especially makes her happy.
