Ever since I was a little girl, all I ever wanted to be was a Mommy! Of course that couldn’t come till later so I did anything I could to work with children – teaching preschool and nannying.  Now I’m finally the Mom I always wanted to be and it’s my true passion.  I’m striving to be a compassionate, attached Mom to my sweet little toddler, Connor Harrison (and our 3 little rescues – Willis, Tito & Blue) Yes – I’m the lonesome girl in a household of 5 boys!

Now we’re slowing life down and enjoying it thoroughly. We are always trying to find new ways to live a more eco-friendly life. Becoming a “green” family has been a process.  We didn’t start out so mindful in the beginning.  It took having a child to put it in full swing and now we want to be a good example for our son by encouraging a healthier lifestyle both for our bodies and environment.
