1 tsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. grated ginger root
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 carrots, julienned
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup water
