Biscoff Heart Cookies

spacer

One of my favorite things about flying Delta are the Biscoff cookies they hand out.  I always try to get a few extra packs of cookies for later.  I was so excited to learn that you can now get Biscoff cookies in the store!  I can indulge in Biscoff cookies any time!

Biscoff also sells a Biscoff cookie spread.  It is similar to peanut butter, but it is made from Biscoff cookies.  I picked up a jar at the grocery store (it was in the peanut butter aisle), and I decided to substitute it in my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe.  Oh my!  They tasted fantastic!  The cookies were soft and had a nice gingersnap flavor from the Biscoff spread.  I topped my cookies with some Dove chocolate hearts for Valentine's Day.  Pick up a jar on your next grocery store trip - you won't be disappointed!

No-Bake Valentine Treats

spacer

This post could be titled no-bake and no-recipe required.  I am sharing three "recipes" with you today. First up we have these cute Valentine whoopie pies.  They are actually Oreo Cakesters cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter and rolled in Valentine sprinkles.  So cute and so simple.

Next up are Double Dipped Milano cookies.  I used a bag of Pepperidge Farm Mint Milano cookies and dipped them half way into vanilla almond bark and then into some festive Valentine sprinkles.  Super easy!

Finally we have Biscoff Ritz Cookies.  Ritz crackers with Biscoff spread and dipped in almond bark.  This was my favorite treat.   These cookies call to me.  Sweet and salty goodness!

Cupid Crunch

spacer

This week I will be sharing some easy Valentine's Day treats. First up - Cupid Crunch. This is sweet and salty at its best!

I came across some Valentine candy corn at Wal-Mart and immediately decided to make this Cupid Crunch.  It is made with popcorn, candy corn, peanuts, M&Ms and almond bark.  I love to make popcorn snacks.  They are so easy to make and extremely addictive!     If you can't find the Valentine candy corn, try some mini marshmallows and/or craisins.  This makes a ton, so plan on giving some away.  It would make a great neighbor or teacher gift.
