Cascadia Birth Services was founded in 2010 by Lena Wood, who envisioned a doula practice that would serve women throughout the full spectrum of pregnancy, regardless of their circumstances or preferences around birth. Her passion for providing support for women in transition in their lives drives Cascadia Birth’s commitment to make doula services accessible to as many women as possible.
Every woman has her own story and the doulas at Casadia Birth Services have extensive training in how to support each unique experience. Our goal is to support you as you determine the conditions that will best support your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum needs.
