Razer Naga Epic

So, before we go further down the road, I want to show you some noticeable features of this mouse.

First of all, this mouse also has another name.

It’s called the Razer MMO mouse. And the reason for this? Yes, this mouse supports you with 17 MMO-optimized buttons including the thumb grid on its left side. You can access many abilities and well-defined macros while playing your favorite MMO games.

Razer make this feature even more attractive with their drivers and downloadable in-game addons for most popular ones like World of Warcraft™, Warhammer Online™ and more.

Next, I want to show you the dual mode of this baby.

Someone told you that wireless mouse will never surpass wired mouse in accuracy and time response? Then let him know about this gaming mouse! Razer MMO supports two working modes – wireless and wired – with almost no downtime to switch between them!

And because of this feature, Naga Epic also has a charging dock that works as a wireless receiver. If you don’t want to make your PC a mess with dozen of wires then I think the wireless mode is for you. In addition, even without the wire, this mouse can run up to 72 hours if you play games like normal!

That’s a lot of time you can play without the wire. And if you use it continuously, Razer Naga Epic can still be working up to 12 hours. Sounds great, right?

But don’t underestimate the power of wired mode! It is what true gamers will count on. Why? Because you simply don’t want your mouse out of battery while still in the middle of a raid, do you? And the best part is, the wire is so light that you can’t even notice its appearance!

In goes hand in hand with a 3.5G laser sensor that makes this weapon even deadlier when it comes to FPS combats! Only a few dare to step up and engage this mouse!

And last but not least, I want to talk about the mouse versatility

The Naga Epic gaming mouse goes with 3 changeable side panels to make sure you have the best feeling with it. It can fit almost every holding and gripping style of users. And if you’re constantly playing with your favorite games for hours then this feature will definitely be a big plus point.

And when Razer say this gaming mouse is designed for long gaming sessions with the least hand fatigue, they meant it! So, you can throw away that concern if you decide to stick with Naga Epic.

The first thing is, of course, the Razer Naga itself. The mouse comes along with a charging dock and a rechargeable Lithium-Ion Polymer battery.

In addition, you will also have 3 interchangeable side panels for adjustment.

There is a certificate of authenticity inside the box. But I don’t find this thing any special. And of course, you will have a quick start guide and a master guide to help you get acquainted with the beast.

I have the current razer naga, best buy ive ever made, really does make things easier and more enjoyable, no more cramp in wrist from smashing keyboard, because i only use keyboard for W,A,S,D now, i will definitly be buying the naga epic for my laptop, Razer dont ever stop selling the naga series, there damn good mice, the best product you guys ever made! made by the pro’s, (i use my current naga for about 10hours a day for nearly 2yrs) and still going strong, Love all the way, i want to be buried with my naga!!!!

While looking on the Razer web-site for a replacement of my old Zboard to my surprise Razer have made the Awesome Naga into a Wireless version with changable side panel and lighting. OMFG how cool is that I said to myself, I be getting one of those!!!!!!!!. If you don’t have an MMO mouse get this baby cos you would regret it.. Minor Flaws of the Razer Naga Epic

For some unknown reasons, we will never have any thing perfect in this world. Tell me if you know one.

And it applies here to our beloved Razer Naga Epic. It has some minor disadvantages that I want to point out before you buy it and go complaint all day long.

The first thing I want to share is the time it costs you to become familiar with the MMO buttons. You see, we have 17 MMO-optimized buttons here. Unless you’re a game genius and have you hands pressing buttons at a supernatural speed and accuracy, you will have to spend some hours with this gear.

Razer lets us know that it costs around 15-20 hours for average users to get acquainted with the mouse. But don’t let it deter you as Razer know this and they also offer you a pack of little rubberized stickers that you can place on the keys to help orient yourself while you’re learning. Problem solved.

Another thing I want to point out is this mouse is a little bit lightweight. Sure, it’s not a big problem but I know to some gamers (like my buddies) who prefer a more solid and heavier mouse, this could be a small minus. But like the first disadvantage, you can overcome this problem with a few hours of practicing.

In my opinion, I think lightweight is even a big advantage as it increase the flexibility and accuracy of your pointing. Plus, it will reduce hand fatigue drastically over long time. But it’s just my opinion anyway.

Conclusion

So, that’s what I have for you today.

In conclusion, I think when we compare what this gaming mouse can give you with its negativity, this mouse is still a very promising deal. Think about it, with only a few hours of practicing, you can tame the beast and become one of the most dangerous threats to your enemies every time they face you.
