Maya Blix – Health
Maya is a nutritional therapist. She believes eating a mostly organic, plant-based, whole foods diet is not only the easiest, most enjoyable and most impactful way to reduce our footprint but also the best way to achieve optimal health. Her focus is to help people achieve a lean body, sharp mind and everlasting energy while living more consciously. In addition to her passion for nutrition, Maya loves the outdoors. She is an avid skier and enjoys spending time in the mountains.

Sarah Evans – Community
Sarah is a specialized educator, life coach and public speaker. She believes that working from the inside out through emotional intelligence and creative practice enables us to expand our potential and lead our communities toward a more sustainable future. Sarah’s focus is helping people connect their personal aspirations with the interests of their communities as an integral part of sustainable living. She also loves the arts and enjoys painting and writing in her spare time. Sarah’s website is www.3CWorks.com.

Louis Julien Fruchier – Mobility
Louis is an entrepreneur and sustainability champion. Prior to Greenster he launched the world’s first organic, microbrewed herbal iced tea line, one of the first virtual car stores and helped fund and build a junior energy company. In 2006, he started researching energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. Three years later that spark led to a big shift in lifestyle toward sustainable living that has been amazingly positive, enriching and rewarding. He founded Greenster in 2011 to help make sustainable lifestyle accessible to everyone.

Viator Garcia – Leisure
Viator is a marketing specialist and copywriter. In addition to writing copy for our other sustainable lifestyle site, he is also helping build a fashion label inspired by bohemian beach culture of Mexico featuring handmade, upcycled and socially responsible pieces. Viator has traveled the world and believes living a simple, balanced and leisurely life is the key to happiness. In addition to his love of travel, Viator has learned the importance of living in harmony with nature through his love of surfing and snowboarding.

Mete Sener – Technology
Mete is a sustainability and green building consultant. After working in New York advising Fortune 500 firms and running a real estate development firm, he moved to Vancouver and is now focused on using technology to help solve complex sustainability issues. He is a recent entrant to the world of green living and has jumped in with both feet, choosing a bike over a car, ditching meat for a plant-based diet and loving every minute of his new lifestyle.

Stefanie Slater – Home
Stefanie is a graphic designer and web developer. She launched focusorganic.com on Earth Day 2008 to share her own experiences in adopting a greener lifestyle and inspire others on the road to becoming more eco-friendly. Greenster Inc. acquired focusorganic.com on July 2011 and Stefanie remains on board helping run the blog and continuing to share her passion for sustainable living. In addition to her love for all things web, she loves spending time in nature and doing all things green.
