The 2012 US presidential race has focused public attention on private equity (PE) firms. In May of 2011, Aon Hewitt won an Exemplary Practice award from Corporate University Xchange for a leadership development program that had been designed and developed (pre-merger) for managers at Hewitt Associates. Since the merger, the program has been closely reviewed and revised to ensure that it aligns with the needs of both the legacy Hewitt and Aon managers.
