I was planning on doing the Fab Abs February workout plan for this month but because I am lazy (and I’m not proud of that really), I skipped forgot doing the exercise on the first day. And knowing me, that made me more lazy to start the exercise plan. So I search for other options and I stumble upon this video by Jillian Williams called 30 Day Shred.
The 30 Day Shred consists of 3 levels, 30 minutes each, and each level is packed with full body workout plan. It starts with Level 1 — a warm up, strength, cardio and abs training, plus cooling down. It won’t be boring because you’ll do those training alternatively. Plus I love how the instructor motivates me. It feels like she’s physically right in front of me. It looks easy when you are looking at the video. But believe me, it’s so difficult. So much that the first time I tried it, I gave up after 10 minutes of training because I was running out of breath and my knees were shaking. I feel like I was dying. Only shows how unfit this body is.
